(4) On the day of your visit, show the PDF at Niigata City Tourist Information Center to exchange it for the actual SADO NIIGATA Pass.

Usage Notes
- When using a regular bus between Niigata Station and Sado Kisen Ferry Terminal, cut out the relevant portion from the Pass as a ticket.
- To use the car ferry, bus services in Sado, and Niigata City Loop Bus, exchange vouchers in advance for actual 2nd-class ferry tickets and bus tickets at the respective ticket counters.
- Tickets cannot be refunded unless all car ferries on the day of travel have been cancelled.
- We regret that we cannot issue a replacement if you lose your Pass.
